BIOGRAPHY
Sam is a national newspaper sports journalist in his late 30s based in England. If he isn't knackered from his job and two small children he writes fiction whenever he can. In the past he has made the shortlist for the Crime Writers' Association short mystery competition and has written several as yet unpublished novels.

Sam reads widely and indiscriminately and consumes stories in all their wonderful forms, from TV series to films, podcasts to audiobooks. He loves to be sucked into a mystery, to be surprised by twists and turns and to have his mind bent by a fascinating world or idea.

When not doing all of the above he plays Wordle, the New York Times Mini Crossword, enjoys various sports and has been playing Words With Friends virtually every day since 2012.
